For most residential projects, you will receive a quote the same day or the very next day after the assessment. 

For commercial projects, we will provide a timely estimate based on the size of the project. 

Typically about an hour,, depending on the size of the fan or fixture.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide fixtures. We believe that the purchasing of fixtures is a highly personal experience, and we want every customer to feel completely comfortable with their choice. We recommend that customers select the fixture of their choice and have it ready for their service call the day before.  

You may have seen an electrical outlet with a “test” and “reset” button in the middle – this is a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter). It automatically shuts off an electrical circuit when it detects that the current isn’t flowing correctly. It’s also used to reduce the risk of electrical shock from a receptacle located in damp locations and/or counter top areas.
